Fixin’ Terms of Service

Welcome to Fixin’. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fixin’ mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using Fixin’, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Fixin’ is a platform that allows users to:

Track shared expenses
Calculate cost splitting between participants

Fixin’ is a coordination tool only and does not process payments or enforce financial obligations.

You may be required to create an account.

Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your content, but grant Fixin’ a limited license to use it to operate the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

Is unlawful, harmful, or abusive
Violates others’ rights
Contains false or misleading information
5. Cost Splitting Disclaimer

Fixin’ provides automated cost calculations based on user input.

We do not verify the accuracy of submitted costs
We do not facilitate or guarantee payments
Any financial arrangements are solely between users

Fixin’ is not liable for disputes between users regarding payments.

6. Invitations and Contacts

You may invite others to events:

By entering their names manually
By using your contacts (if permission is granted)

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share others’ information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the system
Reverse engineer or copy the app
Use the Service to spam or harass others
8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Fixin’ app, including:

Design
Features
Branding

are owned by Fixin’ or its licensors.

You may not use our branding without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of Fixin’ is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Error-free operation
